Our Story
Telicity Ltd. was founded on a simple idea: Ottawa deserves a unique, inclusive outdoor experience that lets everyone — from toddlers to grandparents — enjoy the stunning scenery along the Ottawa River and around Parliament Hill.
We chose Remic Rapids Park as our home because it sits at the intersection of Ottawa's most beautiful natural corridor and its most iconic urban landmarks. From here, riders can pedal along the river with views of the Gatineau Hills on one side and the Peace Tower on the other.
Surrey Bikes are rare in Canada's inland cities — you're more likely to find them at coastal resorts. We're proud to bring this beloved experience to the nation's capital, where every ride becomes a memory worth sharing.
Our Safety Commitment

All riders are required to wear seatbelts throughout the ride.
